THE University of Santo Tomas (UST) recently welcomed Prof. Jean-Marc Thouvenin, who serves as secretary-general of The Hague Academy of International Law, and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippines to the Kingdom of the Netherlands J. Eduardo Malaya.
Both led the forum “Distinguishing between Individual and State Responsibilities under International Law,” jointly hosted by the UST Graduate School of Law and the UST Faculty of Civil Law, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Philippines in The Hague, the Philippine Judicial Academy, and Divina Law.
